Beat the valley heat and savor summer in Alta! Alta Lodge invites you to join us for a special evening in the mountains with an al fresco Wine Pairing Dinner and overnight stay.
Inspired by the flavors and cuisine of Spain, Chef Sam Wolfe will treat guests to a five-course dinner expertly paired with accompanying wines selected by our host, Jeff Withey.
$120 per person
5-Course Dinner – $70 per person
5-Wines (3 oz pours) – $50 per person
Chef’s Welcome – Grilled Crostini Eggplant, Tomato, and Olive Tapenade
Appetizer – Spinach and Mushroom Croqueta, Romesco Sauce
Salad – Watermelon, Mint, Feta
Demi Entrée- Galacian Octopus and Mussels, Fideos, Pimenton, Spanish Olive Oil
Demi Entrée – Grilled Wagyu Skewer, Chermoula Sauce, Patatas Bravas
Dessert – Tocino de Cielo, Panellet
Paired with Spanish and Portuguese wines.
*Each wine selection is priced individually and may be ordered separately, as required by Utah law. $50 is the total wine price if each wine selection is ordered.
Complete your evening with a comfortable overnight stay at the Lodge.
Standard room – $175/night double occupancy.
Saturday night lodging rate includes Sunday brunch. Other room types are available.
